A class booked while you teach.
Maria asks about Saturday. Your agent checks what you told it, offers the last two spots and books them. You read about it after.

People who message you get an answer while you are busy, in the words you gave your AI. Connect Claude or OpenClaw to your own WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email and more.

You are with a client, at the wheel, or asleep. Meanwhile someone asks if Saturday is free, someone wants a price, someone is ready to book. By the time you look, some of them have already asked someone else.
You tell your agent what to say once: your prices, your times, your rules. DMWire gives it a way to reach the people who write to you.

With DMWire
Staying logged in, pacing messages and trying again when something fails is our job.
Scan a QR code with your phone for WhatsApp, the same way you link WhatsApp to a laptop. Telegram takes a login code; the other apps take a token or a login.
Add DMWire to Claude in a couple of steps, or to OpenClaw under Settings, MCP. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor take one command or a few lines. That is the whole setup.
It replies to messages, follows up with people and keeps conversations going while you sleep. Or it can check with you before it sends anything. Your call.
Example scenes from one small pottery studio. The names are made up; your agent writes from what you tell it.

A question
Someone new writes on Telegram late at night. Your agent gives the answer you wrote down once, and offers the next step.
Follow up
Ana asked about a workshop on Telegram and went quiet. The next morning your agent checks in once, and she books.
Your OK
You told your agent to ask before it offers a discount. It asks in Claude. You tap Allow once, and only then does the message go.
In DMWire
The Activity page lists what came in and what your agent sent, with its status, newest first. Usage shows how much of today's limits is left.
Create your account, link WhatsApp, Telegram or any of the other apps, and add DMWire to the agent you already use.

Ten channels work today. Each app has its own rules, and your agent stays inside them. Pick one to see what it can do there. The chats are examples from the same pottery studio.

On every channel: 50 messages a day, 10 new people a day where the app allows new chats, and 3 messages to someone who has not replied before your agent waits. On LinkedIn your agent only answers people who wrote first.
Handing your WhatsApp, Instagram or inbox to an AI sounds risky. So here is exactly what it will and will not do. DMWire is the wire, not the brain: it carries what your agent decides to say, and refuses the things that get accounts flagged.
Each app has its own limits, and DMWire keeps your agent inside conservative sending limits on top. It is built for real conversations, not for messaging strangers in bulk. The limits sit on our side, so no setting turns them off.
Today's limits. They may still change as DMWire grows.Source: docs.dmwire.ai, Limits and account safety
About WhatsApp. DMWire links your number the way WhatsApp Web links a browser. It is not the official WhatsApp Business API, and nobody can promise a number will never be restricted. Answering people who wrote to you is the safe use. If you need the official API, connect WhatsApp Business through your own Meta app.
DMWire does not write messages itself. It only sends what your agent tells it to send.
If you already chat with Claude or OpenClaw, you have the brain. DMWire gives it a way to talk to the people who message you. You do not need to code.
Leads and customers get an answer while you build, sell or sleep.
Opening hours, prices and bookings, answered from your own WhatsApp, Instagram or inbox.
Conversations keep moving without you sitting in every inbox.
The people who write to you hear back, in the words you gave your agent.
If the plan is to message thousands of strangers, DMWire will refuse it. That is on purpose.
Setup, cost, logins and bans, in plain words.
More in the docs FAQ and the privacy page, or write to [email protected].
DMWire has lots of safeguards in place. It caps how many messages go out each day and how many new people your agent can write to, stops the same opening message going to a crowd of strangers, and halts an agent that keeps messaging someone who has not replied. A permanent ban is rare: the worst case is usually a temporary restriction that lifts after a while. Nobody can promise an app will never step in, but an agent that answers people who wrote to you stays well inside normal use.
Prices are not published yet. Today every account gets 1 connected account, 50 messages and 10 new people a day, free. There is nothing to install or host, so there are no server costs on your side.
No. You link WhatsApp by scanning a QR code and Telegram with a login code, then add DMWire to your agent once: a short config in Claude desktop, a server entry in OpenClaw, one command in Claude Code or Codex. No server to run. Developers can use the same service over plain HTTPS.
DMWire stores your app connections encrypted and uses them only to send and receive the messages your agent asks for. DMWire does not write messages itself: it only sends what your agent tells it to send. You can disconnect any account at any time, from your agent or from the linked devices on your phone. The privacy page covers the rest.
Create your DMWire account and add DMWire to your agent once with your key. Then ask your agent to connect your WhatsApp number or Telegram account, and confirm on your phone: scan a QR code for WhatsApp, enter a login code for Telegram. Your agent can then read and answer messages. Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email, LINE, Viber and LinkedIn connect from the same place.
In Claude desktop, open Settings, Developer, Edit Config and add DMWire with your key, then restart Claude. That works on every Claude desktop install and needs Node.js. If your Claude shows a Request headers section when you add a custom connector, you can add https://mcp.dmwire.ai/mcp there with your key instead, in desktop or on claude.ai. In Claude Code it is one command. Then link your WhatsApp and ask Claude to answer.
Not yet. ChatGPT connectors sign in with OAuth or with no sign in, and DMWire needs an API key on every request. Sign in for DMWire is planned; when it ships, ChatGPT plans that allow custom connectors will work. Today it works with Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenClaw.
Yes, with DMWire added as an MCP server. In OpenClaw open Settings, MCP, add DMWire with its address and your key, link your WhatsApp, and your agent can send and answer WhatsApp messages. The same connection covers Telegram.
Yes. Add DMWire to Claude, then ask Claude to connect your Telegram account. Telegram sends a login code to your Telegram app; you tell Claude the code, and DMWire logs in as your own account, like Telegram on a new device. Claude then reads and answers your private chats as you, not as a bot. It works in private chats only.
There are open source ones that you install and run on your own computer. DMWire is a hosted one you do not have to run: link WhatsApp, add DMWire to your agent, done. MCP is the standard way apps like Claude add new abilities. The same connection covers Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, email and the other live channels.
WhatsApp and Telegram: your own WhatsApp number, linked the way WhatsApp Web links a browser, and your own Telegram account for private chats. Also SMS from your own Twilio number or an Android phone, email from your own mailbox, your LINE Official Account, your Viber bot, and a custom channel for any app you run yourself. Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp Business on the official API connect through your own Meta app. LinkedIn is your own account, signed in from your browser, for the people who message you there.
For people who use AI agents, yes. Unipile is a messaging API for developers who build their own software. DMWire lets you plug WhatsApp and Telegram into the agent you already use, without writing any code.
Your own WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and inbox, answered by the AI you already use. No code, nothing to install.
